This is an older property but maintained. The front desk staff, Will, was very welcoming and helpful. The accessible room had a tub, but a bench that flipped down for seating. A handheld shower was convenient. The water was nice and hot. For the price, it was good. This is 2nd time we have stayed. No frills, but clean and cost effective.

It's fine, not stellar. It's in an urban sprawl strip mall environment which is convenient in some ways but not at all pedestrian-friendly!
The room was clean but not deep clean. I found someone's slippers under my bed. And the toilet seat wasn't bolted down so it felt like sitting on an air hockey puck.
Americana was on full display: Couples yelling and cussing at each other in nearby rooms.
The staff were friendly.

Room assigned was clean except for the tub in the bathroom/restroom. No shelf for personal toiletries there. The dresser had 3 drawers, used the top one, the second would only partially open, the third had no pulls to open it with.
Additionally we were assigned a handicap room which was a bit awkward.
Being next to a coffee shop and Bob Evans made eating very easy.

Most of the rooms at this location are cleaned using the hit and miss method. I’ve stayed in several rooms at this location and I’ve yet to stay in one that I haven’t had to clean something first especially floors. Even though they’re hardwood floors they’re not scrubbed they are just dusted. Staff at front desk is very friendly. Unfortunately if this location is going to permit pets they need to keep a block of rooms that are specifically designated for pets. I stayed in a room that had a pet in it the night before and it ruined my allergies because of the lack of cleaning done.

I loved that it was within walking distant of shopping and restaurants, the Belden village mall was right across the street. I didn’t like the fact that I was put in a room with bed bugs and was told that maintenance guy would take a look and if they found any I would get a refund I showed them one of the bugs I had caught as well as the multiple bites I had all over my body and never received a refund

You get what you pay for here. If you want to hit Belden Village Mall, it's a great spot. The rooms are old, but clean. It could use a freshening to keep it competitive.

There was empty modelo beer bottles left behind the chair, candy wrappers and finger nail clippings on the ground. Clearly the most disgusting place in town. If you want rabies or roach infestation then this is your spot! Good luck

Old property with no renovations. The mattress was broken, the room hadn’t need deep cleaned in ages, spiders, dust, etc.
There were drug deals in the parking lot, just generally a lowly ultra budget hotel.

Not filthy, but definitely not clean. There's dirt in the corners and edges around all of your room. There was a red pool of dried liquid we figured out was from a lollipop because the white handle was left on the nightstand.
The sheets are paper thin, but you get what you pay for. Not horrible, but not good.

There's nothing to not like. It's quiet but also so many shopping options and restaurants. So far our trip has been wonderful! We will definitely be staying out remaining two weeks here at the Red Roof.
