"The communication was very good and timely from the outset. Both Debbie and Louise provided detailed information/instructions about the property. I was given an upgrade which made the stay even more pleasant! I wanted more light and was moved to a larger apartment on the top floor. As the weather has been hotter this meant that the priority was much warmer. There was a balcony to relax on and they provided fans. "Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. "

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."
