"Why is the rating so low?
Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area. In our messages, we were informed at the last moment that there was no BBQ at all. The host even suggested that we could bring our own barbecue, which clearly shows that the listing was misleading. "My husband and I had a lovely stay at Apple tree glamping. We had no trouble gaining access with the key box outside. The pod was well equipped, clean and comfortable. My husband even said it was the best 3 nights sleep he’d had in a very long time the bed sheets were so soft and the mattress and pillows comfy.
The hot tub was an added bonus and easy to use. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely cosy pod ❤️. Hot tub was wonderful under the stars. Comfy bed and so very quiet. Lovely host who took the time to chat and share local knowledge . Enjoyed feeding the resident pigs and the location is a short drive to Wells and Glastonbury . Planning to visit again ."
