Coos Bay Get Away

We were in town for a short visit with family. This was the perfect place for my husband and I! It was extremely clean, well stocked, a very comfortable! We would love to stay there again next year!

Best place in North Bend!

Best place we have stayed in North Bend. Clean, cute, beautifully remodeled. Owner is very nice and helpful. Will rebook since we have family here.

NB house

Stayed here for our 40th class reunion. Very nice and clean. It has everything one would need. Parking is limited and if there are heavy walkers upstairs it can be annoying (other guests). Would rent again!

Crews home away from home.

This house was great and convenient, but the internet not working initially was frustrating. The property manager did get it fixed pretty quickly!

New and clean!

This was a very well equipped and clean, comfortable apt.It is in a basement so the windows are small and high, but we were gone most of the day anyway, so not a big deal. Also, as stated in the description, there is street parking only for this apt, but we always had a space right out front. There are a few street people around this little driving circle/park, but not a prob, always felt safe. A great location for us, a block from our workshop, we found pickleball courts 5 blocks away, and a couple blocks to a short boardwalk for a morning walk.

Fishing trip

Close to the boat ramp. Parked the boat on the traffic circle. Would have liked to use the back patio. Kitchen was interesting. First time I’ve used an induction range. Sink was arm pit level for me. I don’t consider myself short, but. Had a great time. We caught two salmon and some crab.

This home is nicely redone, state of the art appliances. Shower and heat fan were great!

We had a wonderful time! We stayed 7 days. The only feedback we Would want to share is I didn’t feel safe. A lot of homeless people out front of the property. Someone rang our doorbell at 9:30 pm . We were down in the basement. It would have been nice for us to have a camera to see the stairwell. Because of the parking problem you had to get to your car next to several homeless people. We just didn’t feel safe. The property was wonderful , just not the area. .This is a problem of Oregon Unfortunately.

Trip

Overall the property was great. It was clean and as described. Everything was well maintained. Beds were comfortable, and there was extra blankets and plenty of dishes in the kitchen if you wanted to do cooking. The only negative about the property is that it is a duplex and this unit is on the bottom. Which isn’t bad depending on who rents the upper unit. You can hear the upstairs unit pretty well which wouldn’t have bothered me during the day but they would be up until midnight or later and you could hear the tv, people walking, and people talking. Most people abide by the quiet time rule so no big deal but if you want peace and quiet all day this may not be the space for you. Company was responsive when I made a noise complaint the second night. Guest upstairs were leaving that day so they didn’t need to contact them but the neighbor noise was then gone for the rest of the trip. Location was excellent for us and we never had trouble finding on street parking in front of the house.
