"The owners have thought of everything and more! The kitchen was beautifully fitted and kitted out, the bed we used was very comfortable, and the towels luxurious. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. I had a question when we arrived, and the owner responded immediately. Our new favorite place!"

The lady that we spoke to was nice and did say they had tried to contact us during the day about the situation. However, checking the message we found in Expedia, it was only sent an hour before we arrived late afternoon. Not helpful when you are driving long distance. Might be a one off but, obviously, have to score the hotel low in this instance."

The staff are really nice, I can only mention by name Jonathan on reception who was very helpful but all the other staff on reception were also lovely as well as the bar staff and chambermaids.
