"The place was located down in china town. About a good 15 minute walk, through construction zones to the reading terminal market. This unit was on the first floor (which was not marked). It was nice that there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable but very bouncy. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The biggest issue was the noise every time someone went in and out of the building- the door would slam. This might not be an issue on higher floors. The place is a little...

"Experience was nice. We did see a few ants in the bathroom and a few knats. The back entrance was a little scary. Trying to carry bags up the stairs was hard From a safety standpoint for you guests could be a liability since stairs kind of moved "

"The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants."

"Fantastic place! Hosts great response time. More furniture in living room than pic which made it better for family. Target, Sprouts and Giant all super close. Only challenge was parking to drop off and pack up but it worked fine with our crew. There is ramp to side door near parking that worked great once get apt key. "

"While I contacted the host as soon as it became clear that the air conditioner was not working at all and the apartment was 85 degrees and she was polite and communicative, she did nothing to remedy the situation so we got very little sleep in the sweltering apartment. She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew....
