"Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. "We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were spotless, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to help. When we messaged about an issue with the blind, they responded promptly and came to fix it right away. The train station was a 10 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London. "
