"Good place"

"Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. This was a great help against the...

"Decent size room, the bathroom floor was covered in hair which was disappointing. The room and amenities were fine, easily travelling distance to the Ally Pally"

"Really enjoyed my recent stay at Nap Barnet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming feel. The staff were great — really friendly and helpful throughout, which made the whole stay even better. The location is perfect — just off the High Street, so it's quiet at night but only a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, and High Barnet tube station. Great value for money and a solid choice whether you're passing through or staying a few...

"Arrived at the property, the owner said the room was worth more than I paid and wanted more money from me. I said no. After phone calls for an hour I was told I could stay. The room was not worth what I’d paid, it was basic, dated and needs repairs and updating (loose bathroom tiles, leaking shower etc) When I book a room on a website at an agreed price, I don’t expect to turn up and the owner demand more money. I had to stay as I’d have lost my money but I won’t stay here again."

"We used it as a base. It was clean, tidy and staff were fab."
