"From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher....

"This charming home accommodated 2 couples and 4 children ages 15, 13, 12, and 4 beautifully. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 upstairs. The bathrooms are located in the hall on both floors making them easily accessible to everyone. The backyard was our gathering spot at night to wind down. "This house is well-suited to a group of adults traveling together. Lots of space, well laid-out, with many of the bedrooms including an ensuite. We enjoyed the fridge (maybe a pointer to the freezer?).Very helpful instructions and communication for our trip allowed for easy coordination."

"Adorable home, close to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, huge backyard with a fire pit and nice location. Loved our one night stay and were very comfortable in this house! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for a short trip, a girls weekend or as a stop along the way to a further away destination. Great place and great fenced in yard. Comfy beds. "

"My family and I were very satisfied with the property. The description was on point! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything you will need. We didn't do any cooking since we out all day every day. I appreciated the parking spot behind the home since we had a large pick-up truck. The only negative I would say is it is close to the expressway and could be loud at night. Overall, great stay and the owner responded quickly to answer any questions I had."

"This is a beautiful guest house in a very walkable, friendly Old Louisville neighborhood. Perfect for my three friends and me to hang out for a long weekend. The bathrooms in particular are beautiful—not always the case in rentals: And the host is very responsive. I very much recommend this sweet space."

"It was extremely hard getting in touch with someone from the platform provided, for we had some things of concern over the weekend. We tried texting over and over through the app, but apparently, it was not going through. Some of our concerns were, No hot water (warm only) no Iron, No washer as advertised, we had problems with the TV in the room without a door, parking pass did not work (I got a ticket for not moving vehicle in time) was not given instructions on where to take the trash so we...
