"This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. "This is a very cute little house. Everything was clean and in good shape and looked like the listing. They also had coffee and plenty of basics for the visit, which I highly appreciate, and newish bed linens. It’s in a nice community with a good wood fired pizza place a few blocks away. Only negatives are that it is VERY small - the bathroom and one bedroom in particular. And it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach, which has zero parking.
