"The home is beautiful and the views are amazing! We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own bedroom with a private bath. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner together all seated around the large dining table. The butler pantry with additional oven, sink, etc. was a huge help. It was a great spot to play games as well. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly as was Joe, the ranch hand. We would definitely stay here again."

"Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Great communication especially when there was internet glitch with the internet provider (so not issue of host). They went above and beyond to make sure we had a place for us to watch/stream the Packers game on Thanksgiving and issue was fixed by Friday morning. "The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but...
