"Nice place to stay near stockyards. Beds were comfortable. Decorations were cowboy design which is great for the setting. The driveway had a gate which was good for safety in the area. "

"We loved this little house great for 2 people, great updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved the wood floors and the tiles in kitchen and bathroom,. The bed we used was very comfortable and the ceiling fans were great. We would definitely stay here again."

"The home was clean and perfect for our stay. We chose the location because we wanted to be a short distance to the Stockyards. We took an Uber for the convenience of not having to find parking at the Stockyards. While walking is an option. We still felt like it was a bit farther than we would want to walk. But could be an option. Overall would most definitely recommend this home. "

"The house was exceptionally cute, clean, and comfortable. David was a pleasure to work with! If we come to the Dallas/Ft Worth area again, we will choose to stay at one of his properties. Loved it!"

"The home was exactly as listed. We loved the proximity to to Stock yards. Home was well stocked and very comfortable. I will say the bunk bed room does get hot and is not the same temperature as the rest of the home. Otherwise we truly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely return. "

"So I own a small business and know the importance of reviews so with that. My overall ratimg ks a 5 star. Now my online experience and communication was excellent. Location was also great. Now only worried spot was pulling up. The outside is dated. I was wrong. Its beautiful inside and worth the money. Now like other reviews you share back of house parking with other half of house. We had a great experience with that. We all introduced ourselves and worked with each other. I would stay again...

"We had the most wonderful time! Very easy check in and reasonable check-out procedures. Great rooms and the house fits just the right amount of people! 2 cars are able to fit in the garage, with space for 3-4 more in the driveway (2 fit best)."

"Spent a week in Fort Worth for the NCHA Metallic Cat Futurity. The blackhouse was the perfect place for us to stay for our visit. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities and the perfect location. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! "
