"Beautiful place to stay- great location. 5 minute to the beach and right across from the pool. Very clean.The only issue was the internet/ tv kept going in and out but that was our only complaint. We will definitely be back!!"

"We were very pleased with our stay. The accommodations were more than we were expecting! Very comfortable, clean & quiet. Our communications with the owner were minimal, but answers were immediate & complete. We would absolutely recommend this location for your stay!"

"Amazing location 10 minute walk from beach front restaurants and bars fort Walton beach shops. Right across the street from a Waffle House / Publix / and liquor store. Will be back "

"We enjoyed our stay hear. Unfortunately the weather was not very good for our stay but we can't blame anyone but mother nature. The couch could use an upgrade as it wasn't very comfortable. If the weather had been nicer we wouldn't have used it as much. We thought the place was right on the beach. It's only across the street but I thought it was right on. Overall it was a nice place."

"Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!"

"This was my favorite beachfront place I have stayed at. The beach access was great. The beach was not overly crowded on a Memorial weekend. The upper deck had awesome views. We had a perfect vacation!"
