"This was a great place to stay in London, very centrally located in the heart of Fitzrovia. It was large and clean and well-furnished, recently renovated with a clean Ikea-ish vibe, with plenty of space for us and our three teenage kids. No AC but fans were provided, which was crucial during the heat wave. Not for people with problems with stairs, though (there are four flights). Key pickup was also a bit inconvenient, a 10-minute walk away in the opposite direction most people would be going...

"Sarah was very easy to connect with, and she was kind enough to allow us to drop our bags off early since we were already in town. She helped us find plans for activities in London for a very hot day and her home was spotless. It was ideal for our family of four, especially since our children are two older teenagers and they both had their own space. Having a well stocked kitchen and washer dryer were musts for us. The home is located in a safe neighborhood very close to Pimilco tube station....
