I book through expedia, but hotel said they didn't get money. I contact customer support many times; they asked me to talk to hotel, hotel asked me to talk with whoever I book the hotel. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. "Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. "
