"We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean in fact the carpets were just shampooed. The carpet was a wee wet by not a problem. The rooms were very large. The garbage disposal does not work, again, not a problem for us. The location was close to Costco, Target and Walmart. We will stay here again to visit my niece at the University of Denver. "

"Great spot in downtown Denver. Easy walk to Coors Field and lots of great restaurants. We used this as our home base for our trip to CO and traveled to Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, all a little over an hour drive. Building staff were very helpful. Hunter made things very easy and was a pleasure to communicate with. This place has a lot of little extras you don't always get such as extra phone chargers, little toothpastes, and a few kitchen supplies. We did cook and found everything...

"This place was as fantastic as the pictures show. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a concert to go to at the Bellco theater and it was perfectly located for a short walk. I would certainly stay here again."

The shuffleboard table and outdoor spaces kept us busy. The parking lot (customer pay) is very convenient and a lot of scooters are available on the street. Great stay!"
