Please note that their automated menu is in Swedish, and this is where you have to choose to be connected to the emergency line. "Fabulous spacious 2 level apartment Big enough rooms and good dining table area in the middle + Lovely soft pillows, spacious apartment, big fridge and nice big showers and towels. No keys as electronic door lock. Stylish and simple design.. 1 set of coffee pods.. kitchen just big enough - not so good was the narrow spiral staircase to go up and down.. the TV wasn't where the open area was..but we didn't really watch the TV so ok. No Aircon but we didn't need it "
