"The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations."

"The Holly Jolly house is a clean SPACIOUS home. There are some contradictions in the descriptions. It sleeps 7 (not 8), unless there's a bed in the LR: a BR with single bed on main floor, and three 2-person bedrooms upstairs (two with queens & one with 2 twins). One queen bedroom has a private full bath, the other two upstairs BRs share a bath with large shower in the upper hall. The downstairs powder room is very tiny, esp. considering the spaciousness of the main floor with its large kitchen,...

"Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest.
