"Fairly close to many shops and places to eat but far enough to be quiet. "

"We loved the location and it had everything we needed. We loved getting to walked up to Wanderoo bar, around the neighborhood and it was also a short walk into town. It is uphill on the way back but we wanted the exercise! It has a slight musty smell but that is to be expected with older buildings. Overall, we had a great experience here!"

"This place is amazing! The check in process at the front desk was quick and painless. The cottage was completely separate from the rest of the property so you have privacy but still have access to the amenities. The location is great for easy access to downtown and restaurants in the area."

"We loved our stay at Hawk’s View- Mountain Cottage. The location was close to restaurants, hiking and shops. The view was amazing, the cottage was very clean with a comfortable bed. It was the perfect location for a weekend getaway. "

"We have stayed at 6 different properties on Beaver Lake and we are all in agreement that this is our new number 1! The view and proximity to the water cannot be beat! The lake was high during our stay so most of the private beach area was submerged but it really had little effect on our experience. The owners provided kayaks, chairs, a Lilly pad, rafts, and more! "We stayed here on a recent visit for a baseball tournament. The location was great for walking visits to campus and convenient to Fayetteville and surrounding area! Loved the comfortable clean accommodations and enjoyed the yard and views from the property! Tournament was rained out having a perfect place to hang out made it a fun get away for all of us!
