"I booked 2 rooms. My business partner arrived on time but I was hours behind due to mechanical issues. I arrived at 3 am. I had already paid in full for both rooms and the hotel would not let me check in or refund me. Again these rooms were already paid for so the hotel canceled my reservation for late check in...kept the money...and rented the room to someone else.
