"Our stay at the Victorian Cottage was absolutely delightful! The cottage perfectly blends vintage charm with modern comforts — the working antique stove and claw-foot tub made us feel like we stepped back in time, but we still had all the conveniences of home like air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and fast WiFi. "Such a cute cottage! The host thought of everything! Spices, all the kitchen items you’ll need, all cabinets, drawers and switches labeled, large selection of games, perfectly clean dock and outdoor furniture. Our boys loved jumping off the dock using the trapeze! We will stay here again! "

"This is a great location and wonderful house which is comfortable, very clean and well appointed. The dock is so nice and I really enjoyed the swing that is there. It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and has a beautiful view of the lake. The house is accessible for a walker which was important for my 83 yr old mom. I would highly recommend renting this property."

"We had a great stay with our boys and their friends for my son’s birthday. Our only suggestions would be to have more stuff to do in the game room. The back board for the dart board was broken and half the darts were broke. There wasn’t really much for the kids to do in there. Also, several of the outdoor furniture/chairs were broken or nearly broken and unusable. Other than that the house was great! "My family of 7 stopped in Arlington on our way down to Austin and went to our first Rangers game in the new ballpark. The house was close to the ballpark, so the location was great for us. This is an older home, but was clean and decorated nicely.My kids loved the fooseball and arcade games. ga"

"The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states.
