"Hotel is pretty cool with a lot of history. Our room was huge and very clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful at check in. Years ago I assume they allowed smoking everywhere and you can still smell it in the halls on the 3rd floor. Thankfully you couldn’t detect it in the room. That is the only negative. "

"This Ramada was packed full of evacuees from the fires raging in Canada. So, they were short on staff and supplies. Easy to understand. However, the hotel is in dire need of a full-time maintenance team. Our ceiling light had several burned-out bulbs in it. The shower fan looked like it would fall from the ceiling any minute as it was hanging by power cords and was not secured in the ceiling.
