"Stay away from this hotel, We been here for 3 days and we never received any service on the room , no towels, no toilet paper, shampoo conditioner or coffee, they don’t clean the rooms, we leave the room at 10 am and coming back at 10 or 11 pm and always the room the same "

"They didnt want to honor our expedia price since they changed ownership. Made us wait till 3 for check in even though room then readyThen took 20 additional minutes to gain approval for rate and only granted when I said I wanted to cancel. No towels in our room. Clean but needs updated. "

"This was our 3rd time staying at Saw Mill. The new remodel is amazing! Everything looked clean, but there is an odor in the rooms that is not pleasant. I’m not sure if it is in the carpet or the a/c filters but it is an unpleasant sweaty sock odor. Many hotels have switched to lvp flooring that can be mopped clean. Removing the carpet might remedy that. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
