"We stayed with our dog - very late arrival and paid for late check out. It was nicer than we expected and the staff and services were all great. Very comfy bed. We had lunch the next day and the food (Chicken Caesar Salad especially!) was all lovely and the staff exceptional. Nice gardens. Loads of parking. "La habitación estaba equipada la completo, cocina incluida. Muy limpio y moderno. Habia servicio de habitaciones todos los dias. Toallas limpias y cama hecha. Pensé que al ser un apartamento no habria este servicio, pero era como estar en un hotel sólo que la habitacion era más grande e incluía el office en un open concept muy bien amueblado. Quedé encantada."

"Fabulous stay. Everything was perfect from dinner to breakfast. However I do find the £25.00 surcharge for a dogs stay a little hefty. A welcome pack is offered but not forthcoming sadly "

"A wonderful pet friendly hotel in the heart of Grasmere. It was decorated beautifully, and the room we had was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a range of cooked options and a buffet style breakfast too (not to mention the dog got a sausage every morning!). Our only feedback would be that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, though it was only three nights. It would’ve been good to have the mugs and water jug refreshed, however I’m sure if we’d asked this would’ve...
