The pool is not separately fenced. The back door leading toward the pool has a high-mounted hotel-style safety lock, and exterior doors have audible chimes when opened. Children and non-swimmers must always be supervised.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING

The pool is open year-round. Optional heating is available for guests who prefer warmer water.

• Target temperature is approximately 84°F during typical swim hours with a maximum temperature of 90°F
• We recommend requesting before hand has heating to temperature can taken up to 24-48 hours

Outdoor temperatures, wind, and weather conditions affect heating performance, so a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.

LOCATION

You’ll be about 10 minutes from the University of Oklahoma, with convenient access to downtown Norman, restaurants, shopping, medical centers, Hwy 9, I-35, and Oklahoma City.

You may hear some light highway noise while outdoors. The upside is easy access to everything that brings you to Norman.

PRIVACY + PROPERTY INFORMATION

Your group has private use of the main house, game room, pool, and backyard.

Your host lives in a separate detached guest house at the rear of the property — nearby if you need quick help, while your privacy is respected throughout your stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest safety and property security, there are 2 exterior security cameras on the property: one at the front of the main house monitoring the driveway/front entrance, and one at the detached guest house monitoring the exterior gate/pool-access area. There are no interior cameras. Cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays and footage is reviewed only if a safety, security, or property concern arises.

GOOD TO KNOW

• The home has two stories and a steeper staircase that may not be ideal for some guests with mobility concerns or very young children
• The pool is not separately fenced
• Pool heating is optional and weather-dependent
• Additional visitors and gatherings require advance approval
• Maximum overnight occupancy is 14
