"The property is spacious and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. It is family-friendly and the host is exceptionally communicative. I plan to return in the future."

"Very Clean, beautiful property situated just blocks from the beach. Neighborhood was very friendly. The entire stay in this charming cottage was delightful!"

"The property was very accommodating for all us who stayed there. The pool area was great and enjoyed by all. Enjoyed home-cooked meals vs. going out. Great location, close to Walmart and other fast food restaurants."

"The host was very responsive."

"Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and inviting with the perfect beach vibe throughout. The backyard was especially relaxing and made it easy to unwind. The location was fantastic—a short walk to the beach. The owner went above and beyond with excellent communication and quick responses, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. "The host should let guest know that there are no televisions in any of the 3 bedrooms especially for people booking with kids. The only tv is in the living room. We did experience an issue with not having any hot water in the upstairs bathroom which was reported to the owner. Aside from this the home was very spacious and clean."

"The pictures on the Vrbo site didn't match what we actually received. The A/C didn't work on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The were no box springs on any of the beds. I felt like our host was giving us the run around. We were here from Jun 26th to July 5th. The last time I heard anything from the host was June 30th. Too much money was paid(2500) for this place to lack basic amenities in this Virginia heat"
