"Wonderful stay at this property!! We really enjoyed the beautiful house, pool and grounds. We did have an issue with the fire pit however the house manager responded very quickly. The problem was solved and the equipment was in working order the same day. The location was close to town and two large supermarkets. We hope to return again to this beautiful property! Great place!"

"House was the central place for our daughter’s wedding. The Great room was perfect for her and her maid of honor to get ready as well as enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep. House could have been cleaner outside and yard better kept. Also would have loved lights outback so we could have hung out there or at the fire pit. Master bathroom shower had a leak, water running down to the entrance way by the stairs."

"This was our 2nd time staying and we LOVED it just as much as before! The house is just charming… exactly as pictured. Comfy and cozy with amazing views. My husband went out every morning and evening fishing. I relaxed and enjoyed the views from both inside and out. Nice hiking trails, wineries and shops all close by. "

"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

"We had a great time! We loved the multiple gathering spaces, all with fireplaces, including the comfortable kitchen seating area, amazing dinning room, and spacious living room and outdoor spaces as well. Colin was a great host and responded immediately when there was a mix-up about arrival and entry. The area is amazing and we loved the history of the home and area. "

"I loved staying in this house for a month. The large screened porch was my favorite place to sit in the morning with a good cup of coffee and a book. Extremely well equipped with kitchenware, it was a joy to cook, there was plenty of space for me and my guests, and I enjoyed the proximity to Great Barrington restaurants and stores and Lake Mansfield. Didier was always responsive and helpful."

"I booked this room for my daughter and her family, and I live down the street. The rental is beautiful, clean, roomy and full of sunlight. There is a small kitchen and a grill on the porch - you can eat in the landscaped back yard. My son-in-law is a man of few words and raved about it. Melanie was very pleasant and accommodating. "
