"It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house is a cool old building. The AC worked great (important, as it was super muggy outside.) I was only there for a couple nights but I think it would have worked well for a longer stay. "

"Historic building with beautiful floors and windows. The loft has a cool, industrial feel and is spacious with all amenities you need for a get away. Enjoyed coffee on back deck with a lighthouse view. This loft steps right onto Main Street with cute shops and great dining all along the block. Mark Twain house and museums are so close and definitely worth seeing. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to explore the area more. "We are from the country, so this was very city to us, but everyone in the building was very nice, pool was rarely used, but a nice pool. Cool water that felt wonderful even though it was in the 90s. Apartment has a balcony where you can see your car and the pool. The check in instructions were a necessity and very thorough. I am grateful for this. "This property is older but adequately maintained and perfect for our family St. Louis visit. Great location and very affordable apartment in St. Louis. Attentive and accommodating host made our stay just right. We travel with our canine kids and Robert was very gracious in our request. We had challenges with the AC and our host was out to the unit within hours with HVAC support and had the place cooled down quickly. We did anticipate a fenced back yard but it was non-functional fencing. "
