"Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff The hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was upgraded to a business class room and it was modern clean and delightful! The spa services were upscale and very relaxing! The buffet was enormous and delicious The restaurant staff were all accommodating and friendly the chefs greeted you personally and made delicious food suggestions Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve had a pleasure of staying I would highly recommend this GEM "

"my stay started with relaxing in the evening after the meeting and having coffee in the room followed by a spa and steam. Had dinner later in the evening and a stroll in the vicinity. The next day i swam in the smaller pool as the bigger one was under cleaning. I had a brief gym session followed by sumptuous breakfast."

"The suite we had was very comfortable and homelike. Staff was extremely helpful. Food was good. They arrange for taxis and advise on tours. Especially the front office manager Kochi is very responsible. She gave us a free upgrade too coz of v few guests. Food is very good. In aug we needed a fan which was given. The resort is quiet forest area with no animals. Loved our stay"
