"My grandchildren were participating in the American Royal Youth Rodeo. The house is literally 5 minutes from the arena. Mr. Jim was the PERFECT host. Gave me excellent food recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was perfect for me and my dog, Annie. It has a fenced in back yard. The house was clean, comfortable beds, with beautiful well maintained house plants, close to several restaurants, and I felt very safe. "Myself and my coaching staff were in the area for a youth softball tournament and were looking for a home that could house 8 or 9 adults comfortably. This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to.
