"The property itself is very cosy, clean and located in a nice gated community few minutes from town center of Helen. The only few suggestions we have are to provide better directions to the property as google did not take us to the property and even the security gate struggled to find the right directions at first. "We stayed 1 night on our way to meet family in Tennessee and wish we would have had longer to explore the town of Blairsville. Walking distance to dinner and breakfast the next morning was a huge bonus after a long day of driving. Our hosts were very accommodating and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the well stocked kitchen to the comfy bathrobes in the bathroom. "Property did not live up to the photos we saw. The property was freezing when we went in and there was no thermostat to control temperature. Only a couple space heaters. After communicating with Vacasa, we learned the unit above us is where the owners live and they control the heat. They told us they would try to get in touch with them but that is ridiculous to even think we can’t control our own temperature. We had no results and left the property and checked into a hotel Friday evening. Will...
