Luxury log cabin by Hardangervidda

Welcome to this impressive laftehytten from 2019, located right next to Norway's largest mountain plateau, Hardangervidda. The combination of rich history, modern facilities and unique location makes this a perfect base for both winter and summer activities.



The cabin is built in laftet timber, providing a unique atmosphere and solid build quality. The open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room is ideal for socializing. With ceiling heights of over 5 meters in all rooms, airy sleeping areas and two well-equipped bathrooms, the cabin offers comfort on all levels.



The outdoor area is designed to enjoy nature and the fresh air. From a living wall in the west with a fire pit and benches to a long table and comfortable wooden chairs, everything is set up for cozy evenings under the open sky. There's also access to a gas barbecue and car charger.



The surrounding area offers everything from alpine challenges in Uvdal Ski Center to leisurely walks and fishing in idyllic mountain lakes. Visit nearby places such as Geilo and Langedrag, or take a day trip to Rjukan and the majestic Gaustatoppen. Uvdal is a winter paradise with 677 km of cross-country ski trails both on the plateau and down in the valley.
