Apartment 'Stadt-Loft' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

The lovingly furnished, air-conditioned holiday apartment on the top floor of our townhouse offers 85 m² of space for four guests. The bedroom features a box-spring bed for two, while the living area has a sofa bed for two more. An additional fold-out reading sofa provides sleeping space for a fifth person.



The apartment includes a fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available.



Enjoy the approx. 20 m² partially covered roof terrace with furniture and a gas grill—perfect for relaxing moments.



A parking space is available for you on the enclosed property directly at the house. Bicycle racks are provided, and a garage space for motorcycles can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.



Please note: The apartment is on the second floor and only accessible via stairs (not barrier-free).



The central location offers excellent connections: a tram stop is right outside the door and can be heard accordingly. Main train and bus stations, as well as the Harz narrow-gauge railway, are just a two-minute walk away. Bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a shopping center—whose ventilation provides a background noise—are all nearby.



This location is ideal for excursions with the Harz narrow-gauge railway, to Possen amusement park, the Mittelbau-Dora concentration camp memorial, Nordhausen’s traditional distillery, or into the Harz mountains.
