The apartment measures 105 m³ and features a large south-facing balcony of approximately 25 m² and a kitchen with a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a sink, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Each of the two bedrooms has a 140-cm-wide queen-size bed and a large closet. In addition, one of the bedrooms has a fold-out sofa bed. In the beautiful living room, which features a large seating area and a view of the spacious balcony, there is another 140-cm-wide bed at the back, providing a separate sleeping area for a fourth person.
