"This was an amazing property! When our group walked in we were in awe of how lovely it is. Antiques and modern mix together to create an inviting space to hang out in. The rooms were all beautifully decorated with special touches throughout. Even small amenities like makeup wipes were thoughtfully provided. It was also pristinely kept up-every drawer and every cabinet in perfect order.We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The home was conveniently located near shops, restaurants and businesses....

"Perfect peaceful oasis in the city. We had a perfect experience. James and Amy are excellent communicators and made us feel valued and welcomed. I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is stunning but the wall of windows overlooking the Ohio River are the crowning jewel of the property. We enjoyed cooking, watching movies, and watching the wildlife from every part of the house. Amazing property!"

"As this is a new hotel, all the appliances furniture and equipment is new. We had an excellent rest at this hotel. The property was clean and the instructions were clear on how to proceed with all the trash, laundry etc. It was silent at night and the shared spaces were clean and new.The personnel and staff were so helpful and went beyond to ensure we had a good stay. We are for sure comming back to stay there."

"Such a great place for our group to crash for a one night. Everything was as described and the bathroom had even more of a wow factor once in it. Loved the well manicured backyard with some yard games. The neighborhood was peaceful, which is often the big unknown. Excellent stay all around. One small ps - be aware an older home with beautiful wood floors can have some creaks but that’s to be expected."
