Great spot, quiet, easy access to all Aruba has to offer. Pool was exactly what we were hoping for with kids, and amenities like beach chairs and coolers made the regular beach trips seamless. Will stay here, or at least in the family-run company's array of other properties, again next time for sure.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is very large and stocked with many gadgets, appliances, pots/pans, and utensils. All bedrooms have aTV. Beds are comfortable and showers work great. The yard is completely private and AMAZING!! The location is right off of the main road to beaches, restaurants, casinos. We were more than happy staying in this property.

This lovely home is extremely clean and well equipped for a great vacation stay... however-it's that "back yard oasis" that really makes this place truly vacation worthy. After long excursion or beach days-it was so nice to come home to the lovely pool and consistant tropical breeze in the well shaded back yard.Daniel was such a pleasant -first face of Aruba -and was warm and so welcoming. We will see you again Sir-thank-you for the great Arubian hospitality!!

We had a wonderful vacation. The house had everything we need which allow us to go to a different beach every day. The outdoor portion of the property is stunning and the pool was enjoyed by all. The property managers were very prompt and helpful, giving recommendations and anything else we might need. We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

This property was better than we had imagined. The best part was our property manager. He provided superior service and gave us wonderful local recommendations so we got to see the true beauty of the island and people of Aruba. The home was clean and pool was so much fun. Neighborhood was close to the high rise and many other homeowners would walk to the beach from the area. We can’t wait to come back. Actually we booked another stay shortly after we departed.

Senior Trip!

I was greeted by the host when we arrived, we checked in early and had our concierge deliver groceries which is a must and Aruba! It saved a lot of time and we're able to relax off the long flight. He gave us a rundown of the property and I was in communication on WhatsApp with him the entire time and gave us great recommendations for food and places to visit. Honestly this was the best VRBO I've ever been in! It was everything we had hoped for, pool was nice and there was lots and lots of room!

Perfect Stay

The home was relaxing and overall perfect for what we were looking for to explore Aruba for our very first time. We were walking distance to a market and a quick Filipino snack place (mostly only opened on weekends or for breakfast and lunch). The home provided all the necessities for beach travels (chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, cooler and plenty of towels). The pool was perfect and clean. Such a relaxing inviting backyard oasis that we loved sitting in - It was much bigger than expected. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall, highly recommend this location and home. It worked well for our family. Daniel, the property manager was also super attentive and responsive when needed. Thanks again for the welcome!

We stayed at this property while having a wedding at the neighboring Marriott hotel. There was a nearby path that made the walk back & forth easy. Daniel was very kind upon check-in, and the place is comfortable/safe. Would stay here again.

Perfect Location

The house is well equipped, is in a perfect location, and the backyard is where you will or should spend most of your time! Walkable to the beach, however we drove and parked the majority of the time. The Marriott beach area was very conjested. Very attentive owner and while the home lacks the WOW factor, it is very comfortable and easy. Very enjoyable.

Best VRBO host!

We absolutely loved the house! It was so close to tons of stuff to do, grocery stores, beaches, nightlife, etc. Our house was a beautiful oasis, very comfortable and clean and the vrbo owner was super responsive to any communications. It was very easy to book, check in, and check out. We will 100% be back!

Long Weekend Stay for a Wedding at the Marriott

This was a beautiful home that was a perfect location for a wedding and related events happening at the Marriott. It was a short-ish walk from the house to the hotel once we figured out the path that crossed the lagoon. (Access to the path is not on the street the house is on but rather the street that runs parallel behind the house. Walk to the end of that street and head for a utility box and the path starts just behind that.)We loved the pool and outdoor space especially but would advise those susceptible to bug bites to bring repellent and hydrocortisone cream as the mosquitos are fierce - even with the constant wind and friendly iguanas! The house is super clean, had everything we needed and is as advertised. Daniel was so helpful during checkin and everyone we encountered lived up to the hype of a “happy island” residents. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place!

We have rented several times from the Marin family, and this was our favorite house. Everyone is incredibly kind and responsive. The check-in was a breeze with Daniel and went seamlessly well with Jose during checkout. It’s a great house and we had a great time.

40th Birthday Shindig

Some of my friends and I rented this place for my 40th birthday. It is in the PERFECT location - close to everything, but quiet and off the beaten path if you want it. Lovely pool, open floor plan so we could all be together. Small things like the portable speaker, multiple sets of towels, and the extra security system were nice touches.

A nice home in a decent location. Nothing fancy.

This is a clean, somewhat dated, property in a good location near the Marriott at Palm Beach. The property is spacious with 3 nice sized bedrooms. The pool in the back is lovely. Lots of chairs to sit by the pool. It may or may not be a short walk to the beach. There are mud flats that are easily walkable unless there was been rain recently, in which case you can’t walk through them. If you can’t walk through the mud flats the beach is a long walk away. (If you can it’s 10 minutes maximum). The air conditioning was good (there was a mishap the first night but fixed the next morning). We liked it. We recommend it. We had a great week. But it’s nothing fancy.
