Nice vacation in paradise

This was our sixth trip to Aruba. We like to stay close to Palm Beach area but in quiet and safe neighborhood. Compare with our previous rented property this time we rented the best one. The house is beautifully maintained and has all you need for a comfortable stay.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.Me and my wife stayed for 9 nights and had the best time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

What a great location!

In a quiet upscale neighborhood. Dave and Anita were great. Easy check in upgraded remodeled lock-off with outdoor kitchen and dining. Perfect for our stay. Everything you would need in a full size home was available here. Thanks guys for making us feel at home in your home.

Beautiful property

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen to cook our meals. It was a quick walk to the beach area and it was great to have a cooler and chairs to bring with us. We rented a car for part of our stay and it was convenient to park in front of the house. The shared pool was wonderful to use after a long hot day at the beach. It was also great having an outdoor shower to use. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice studio

Very nice studio with outside kitchen. Nice king size bed which is very comftable. There are noseeum's around the outside kitchen in the early morning and evenings. We had a Theracell which seemed to help a lot. The owners are renting the main part of the house which is closest to the pool. If there was a large group in the main house it might be ackward using the pool. The beach chairs are in bad shape one is not useable.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at David & Anita's property. They were very responsive when we had questions. The location is excellent; it is just a short drive from Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina (great for snorkeling), and the high-rise area, which features many shops and restaurants. The place itself was perfect for what we needed. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We really enjoyed the patio area, complete with an outside kitchenette. They had a variety of appliances available for use. Coffee Pot (we brought a sack of our favorite coffee from home), a large toaster oven that we used to reheat leftovers, a microwave, and other essential items; pans, utensils, and all the necessary supplies. We prepared most of our breakfasts, reheated leftovers, and even cooked a few dinners. We could have cooked more dinners, but there are so many excellent restaurants in Aruba, and we were on vacation. ;) The pool was terrific. The interior room was very clean and spacious, with numerous drawers and ample closet space for storing clothes, as well as a large number of hangers. The bathroom is large, with two separate vanities and a large walk-in shower. The AC and paddle fans worked perfectly. We were thankful to have a washer/dryer onsite (no extra charge) as well as a clothesline to hang wet items. There were lots of flowers, and the landscaping was very well maintained. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you, David & Anita

Great location

Location is close to the hotel strip on the northwest part of the island. Very clean with accurate pictures and listing. Easy communication with hosts. Comfortable bed. Highly recommend for couples.

Business Trip

great communication. very attentive. Beautiful property and everything was exactly as it looked and described. Felt safe and it was a business trip for me but it was great to complete my day with a dip in the private pool.

Tropical Oasis! - 14B Wacamaya Apartments

This is our second time at the Wacamaya apartments was amazing! Dave & Anita - just a lovely couple who were extremely helpful and responsive during our stay. The Wacamaya Apartments are a true oasis - a quiet, well maintained 26-condo complex with a lovely pool nestled in the middle of them all. We stayed in one of the corner units, 14B, newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous! You do need a car to get to the heart of the hotel zone and around to grocery stores and shopping. Yes the parking area was under construction but there was parking available on the side of the complex and we had no problem finding a spot. Thank you Dave & Anita for a memorable, relaxing, wonderful stay, we look forward to our next trip to your lovely island! Ruth & Tom

Wonderful time in Aruba

We made last minute reservations and “lucked out” with our stay at the Opal. The studio was large and very clean. It was a short walk on a nearby path to the beach. Anita and David were very accommodating, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend renting a car though, to see the whole island (Arikok National Park and Baby Beach). Aruba is a beautiful, safe island and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

First visit to Aruba

WOW! This was our first vacation to Aruba and it won't be our last! The room is as you see in the pictures,the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is super big and very elegant with its huge ceramic shower. We were within 15 minutes on foot to the beach, a skip and a long jump to the pool and Anita and Dave are the greatest hosts, always available if ever you have any questions. The island is yours to explore, you can go everywhere and feel safe on this little island full of sunshine! You definitely need to rent a car to get around, but once you have mastered the important spots, you can go anywhere. We WILL for sure be seeing you both again soon! Thanks for making our first trip, one to remember, and want to do over! Connie & Serge
