This was a great house to rent. Plenty of space for my family of five. The house is very clean and they have everything needed to have a wonderful day, including a cooler and pool floats. The management was very easy to work with and was prompt with answering my many questions.

We were genuinely excited about our trip to Aruba and chose Tierra Del Sol once again due to our positive experiences in the community on past vacations. We value the area for its excellent location, safety, and its reputation for being quiet and well maintained. The booking process was smooth and accommodating. Upon arrival, we met the agent to review the property details and get the keys. All went well until maintenance issues overwhelmed us.-Main Air conditioner kept blowing circuit. Repairman said obsolete. -Shower head fell off on our head-No lights in bathroom, front entrance and one on back patio-Patio door sticks & caulking loose with glass shaking safety issue- 6-8 inch centipede on steps going to bedrooms-Garbage from previous tenants overflowing and stunk so we put to the road -Half the cooktop burners broken -Bbq didn’t get hot to cook steak-No water pressure upstairs had to shower outside-Pool guy didn’t come till day we left & water below skimmers-Ice maker not working-Showers didn’t drain -Upstairs shower full of hair and dirty - lower toilet needed plunging every day. Property management company fixed lights and AC and then non responsive for 3 days re broken shower head. Given the cost of this rental, we expected to enjoy a relaxing vacation without the need to continually follow up on maintenance issues, manage garbage disposal, or rely on an outdoor shower for basic hygiene. We would not recommend this property!

Very nice property to spend the week in Aruba at. When you did not want to go explore the island you could enjoy the private outdoor entertaining area and pool.

Nice home, good location

Our family just spent a week over Christmas at this home and we had a wonderful stay. House was clean and spacious with large bedrooms and a great pool. The check-in process was easy and informative and the property manager was very helpful. We enjoyed playing the golf course though it was undergoing renovations and not in great condition. The clubhouse also has a Spa, pool and bar with a Friday happy hour. This is a great place to stay if you prefer to be away from the hotel zone and enjoy a slower pace. There is a beach about 5 min drive from house that is usually packed with people if you want more activity.

The home is exactly as pictured! Check in was easy and the company was very accessible if we had questions. We were 5 adults staying and felt the house was spacious with large outdoor space, especially covered area. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

One Happy Island

We would definitely reserve this property again and hope to stay again next winter. The kitchen was well stocked with many dishes, glasses, cooking and serving items. There were many linens available as well. The only downside was the construction and traffic Monday through Saturday morning. Prestige Realty was the best, and their staff took care of any situation that arose. We thank them immensely.

Location, location

Plenty of utensils, pots, pans to cook with, which we did lots of. All the beds were comfortable. Great outdoors area and to float in pool. Nice neighborhood to walk in everyday. Big tv in living room and bedrooms. Good restaurant at golf club with quick friendly servers. Friendly security, safe place. Very responsive support company. Little food store right down the road, as well as, a Do It center w/food and other supplies. We all would definitely rent this home again. Joshua was great with the ck in and out.

Prachtig ruime villa

Deze villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf met je gezin. Het is wel noodzaak om een auto te huren. De supermarkt Superfood( Jumbo) en het centrum ligt ongeveer 15 min. rijden vanaf het huis.

Beautiful home near the golf course

Very nice property and conveniently located close to Arashi Beach. The beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels were much appreciated. House was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we needed. It was a great experience! Would suggest providing hand soap and trash bags.

Beyond wonderful!

Tierra del Sol is THE place to stay in Aruba. Gated community, beautiful grounds, spa, golf, and the restaurant and view were superb. House and pool were immaculate, fully equipped, private and comfortable. Close to some of the best beaches on the island. Will stay again!

We were a group of 5 adults staying at this property. It was as advertised. We loved the location, very close to the golf course and a 5 min drive to Arashi beach. Loved the pool and all the amenities on property. The kitchen was well outfitted with everything one would need. Prestige looked after our cab ride, initial outlay of groceries, restaurant bookings. We had one item that required replacement in the kitchen and that was dealt with within a few hours. Excellent service. Great holiday.

Fun for family!

What a great place to vacation! Everything was easy from the reservation to the check out. The house was comfortable and clean. We especially loved the pool area. The whole resort was beautiful. We definitely hope to return again!

Great Home!

The home had everything we needed. Comfortable furnishings, immaculate landscaping, pool and outdoor furniture looked new. very nice!! A big thank you to Carmichael Thiel (from Prestige) Through his suggestion, he arranged for our groceries to be delivered before we arrived. Thank Carmichael for taking care of this. It was so nice not to go to the grocery store after a long flight.

Tierra Del Sol Aruba

We stay at Tierra Del Sol every year . This was the first time at this property. We were not disappointed. We had no issues at all and had a fantastic time in the backyard and pool area. The house is large and has plenty of amenities. We Would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to staying at a hotel.

Beautiful house

We had a great time! The house is perfect, close to everything, including the gorgeous Aruba beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Management responded quickly to any questions we had. We were provided with an ample supply of beach towels, including chairs to take to the beach. All in all this is a great place.

Fun week in Aruba

The house was filled with supplies (towels, beach chairs, gas grill) that made it easy to “move in” for a fun filled week. When some things needed to be fixed - the property manager was right on it — even though we were there during the Christmas holiday week. — Great experience — they were all about helping us have a terrific week in Aruba — One Happy Island!
