We had an amazing stay with our family of 16. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very well stocked. As an owner of several rental properties, I appreciated all of the special touches and the well stocked amenities. The hosts were outstanding. As to be expected with a home this size we had a few minor issues caused mainly by the heavy rainfall. The hosts were there immediately and had every issue resolved within a couple of hours. Our group consisted of adult children in their 20s and parents in our 50s. This home and location could not have been better. The game room was used nightly. The pool was used daily and our fisherman were out at sunrise fishing the flats out front every morning. Our other trips to Aruba, we stayed on Palm Beach which was great, but never could have accommodated our group as well as this home. We cooked in a few nights and went out other others. It was a perfect mix of family time making so many memories. We could not have found a better home for our group. Thank you so much for all of the special touches and daily visits to check in on our group. We will definitely be back For another day in the future. !!!

Worst home ever! The septic backflow multiple times and they replaced pumps multiple times. The smell was beyond disgusting. The drains overflowed and the shower water would go into the bedrooms. The waterfall and pool filter did not work. The hot tub did not work and they kept assuring me it would, but it never was repaired. There are so many horrible things I could say about this Home, it should’ve been magnificent and instead it was a nightmare. The property owner said they would refund our money for each day things were not good, it was a bald face lie! They did refund us for three days, but that is it. We were there Saturday to Saturday.

Multiple pumps that did t work for septic

Note no vid over septic, and the garden hose they use, pumps the septic right into the backyard

Good place minus a few mishaps

Overall a good home for a large party to stay at. We found bugs crawling all over two of the bedrooms, but Casiola came out and fixed the issue pretty fast.

Would have been so much better...

We were very excited for this house but worried from the reviews. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained and perfect for my family of 14 to lounge. Bathrooms were all updated and beautiful. Casiola is the most attentive and efficient rental company. They fixed all our problems, but there were a few too many problems! The AC unit in main house was broken, they came and fixed it. The waterfall stopped working and they came and fixed it The ice maker was not working and they fixed it. We never got the oven to work. Pros - the main house is beautiful, all bathrooms are up to date, Casiola's service, the table was set for 14, which was a thoughtful move especially since the first night we had a chef come in. The location is outstanding and the pool area was perfectly situated. Where the listing went wrong - Beach chairs are listed, they are not beach chairs they are camping chairs. One king bed was actually a double, which was a problem for the adults that were planning on staying there. Cons - The refrigerator had broken shelves, two of the buildings had a stench from the full septic tank that really was a problem. They came and emptied some of it which helped but it was back the next day. By the last days a few of us had sore throats. Suggestions: a few extra bath towels including dish towels. No furniture in the loft apartment made for a mess with all of our stuff, it would have been nice to have a dresser.

What a nightmare

Casiola properties did not clean this house properly. It had bedbugs and we actually had to leave the house and we’re given no place to stay. I would never deal with this company again.

Nice property, but bugs were a major concern

I wish I could say our stay was positive, but due to two major issues I would not recommend staying here or at a Casiloa property. The home was well situated and communication with the management team was timely, but the property was infested with both ants and cockroaches. I have this confirmed in writing from the property management. Travelers were left with bites that resulted in a hospital visit upon return home.

Family Birthday Celebration

We were there with our family celebrating my wife's birthday. The house is beautiful! Very comfortable, laid out nicely and the view from the front porch is breathtaking!

Great location and beautiful home with a few issues

The location of the home is ideal-quiet and across the street from the water and a few minutes walk or drive to some wonderful beaches. The pool and jacuzzi area was beautiful but the jacuzzi had issues are entire stay and we only had one day where it actually heated. The two smaller homes have electrically heated water and the bathroom water doesn’t get hot. This was quite disappointing as half the showers were not usable for a hot shower. We did have regular contact with maintenance due to them trying to fix the hot tub and also the hot water issue in the smaller houses and all were prompt and extremely kind and friendly. We were told after day 2 of our 8 day stay they would be bringing coffee makers for the smaller homes. They never did get to us but I hope they follow through because that will make a nice addition to the homes.

Beautiful home in perfect location

The house was fantastic and spacious and the hosts were very responsive. We experienced a couple of hick-ups with checkin-in (the keys weren't in the lockbox and our friend got locked into one of the bathrooms for 15 minutes due to a broken door handle) but the hosts were gracious and did everything they could to rectify this. We also unfortunately had the water cut off all morning until 1pm in the afternoon during our stay which wasn't the fault of the hosts since it was a neighborhood wide issue and Casiola made sure to bring us bottled water. Despite all of those hick-ups we had the best time and would definitely recommend the space to anyone. The beds are comfortable, the pool is big and beautiful and we were even lucky enough to spot an iguana and lots of beautiful lizards on property (outside, of course). The house also gets an incredible view of the sunset and it's easy to walk to some of the more popular beaches as there are very well lit sidewalks going all the way into town. Amazing!!

Property was as described. Our family of 12 enjoyed the layout of the compound. My only recommendation is there needs to be better lighting in the "loft" bedroom bathroom. Pool area and waterfall were very relaxing. Beautiful furnishings! Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked. Ocean views were outstanding/breathtaking. Just loved Alfred who was personable and attentive to our needs. The best way to sum up this review is the comment made by my youngest grandson as he toured the property upon our arrival "this is paradise; like being in heaven"!!!
