Simplemente espectacular .

El Ocean Z es un lugar excepcional . Si realmente se pretende descansar en Aruba, este es el lugar. Eva, Andreina y Estephanie además del resto del personal, hacen que tu estadía sea una experiencia sinpar. Es el mejor hotel boutique de la isla. Describir al Ocean Z en una frase: es como estar en casa!

Our room had a shared infinity pool with an ocean view. The service was excellent along with the food and the ambience. Very quiet, very quaint. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dinners were some of the best I’ve had on the island! Can’t wait to return.

From the moment you walk in, OceanZ is exquisite. Beautifully decorated and the staff treats you with kindness and attention. All the staff members go out of their way to help meet your requests. The hotel provides a quick complimentary 5 minute ride to the beautiful Arashi beach. They also provide you with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and a cooler. The hotel room is modern and fresh with the highest quality linens and Bvglari toiletries for you to enjoy. We also had a generous gift in our room which was a beach bag and beach hats and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our first night. The restaurant had delicious breakfast and dinner options. This was my first staying at a boutique hotel and I am so happy we did !! Highly, highly recommend !

Hotel is isolated; staff very friendly and excellent, albeit pricey, restaurant; room and amenities did not justify price; only hotel I have ever stayed in that has absolutely no one on Staff present from Tuesay late afternoon until Wednesday morning.

Good day. I was surprised to get the email for you as we never stayed at your place for 4 nights. We checked in on February 17, 2026 and checked in first thing on February 18, 2026 due to the following: 1) the description of the property and pictures posted on travel sites do not reflect the real situation 2) the front desk closes at 6 pm and there is nobody to assist the guests, as needed. We were given the metal keys for both the room and the entrance/exit gate. We decided to go out for dinner since there was no food available at your place. We had problems opening the gate and had to knock at every door to ask for help. 3) The room with the pool!!!!! Early on February 18, 2026 we put out swimming attire on to relax when we found out that two of the workers were fixing something in the pool. One of them jumped into the pool in his work clothing leaving me stunned and speechless. We had no warning about repairs. However, when we returned to the room and I was all in tears, we got a phone call from a woman called Simorima (not sure about the spelling) and she advised us that the repairs to the pool will take approximately 2 hours. We inquired about the beach and were told that beach across from your place is rocky and we should walk to the place to the right of the beach. We were further advised that there are NO LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELASS on the beach as there are NONE outside the room by the pool.

Our stay at Ocean Z could not have been better. We are seasoned travelers who spend a great deal of time in hotels. We prefer small to large. Quiet to noisy. Comfortable to busy. Vanessa greeted us to Ocean Z and we knew immediately that this place was different. Kind. Friendly. Gracious. Caring. Ocean Z features 12 suites. The rooms and the grounds are exceptionally clean. The beds are spacious and firm. And the staff is magnificent! There are so many wonderful people working here. Will name a few: Miriam. Xaimarra. Daniela. Walter. Alejandra. Felicio. Roberto. Many others. So many great people. The restaurant is simply magnificent. The location is somewhat isolated from the bustle of Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. There is an excellent walking area across the street from the hotel and taxi service is reliable and reasonable. Many thanks for a memorable week at a place we promise to visit again. Special thanks to Eva for setting the welcoming tone to her beautiful boutique hotel.

Staff, room and restaurant!!! The staff is absolutely amazing and took care of our every need. This was our second stay, and it was just as fantastic as our first visit. We were there for New Year’s Eve and had the best balcony view after an incredible dinner at the world-renowned restaurant. Special thanks to Hernan and the entire staff for making us feel like family—once again!

Everything about the stay was incredible! María helped us arrange the rental car and was really welcoming and easy to reach!! The room was clean and spacious and we were greeted with complementary champagne and merch. The included breakfast is delicious and staff was helpful with preordering breakfast to go on the morning we had to leave early. The hotel also provides snorkeling gear and beach chairs if such are needed. The hotel is located perfectly across from the best snorkeling spot on the island. Would highly recommend to stay here, we will be coming back here next time we are in Aruba!

Really enjoyed my stay. Conveniently stocked refrigerator. Excellent location to take walks not far from main tourist area of Palm Beach. Very safe and quiet if you want to go out at night. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

The staff were lovely, and the space was modern, but be warned that the facilities are across the street from the ocean. There is no easy beach access without taking a cab. The food is quite good, but if you’re looking forward to taking advantage of the fabulous Aruba ocean, this is not the spot to stay.

Service at Hotel Z was perfect, we enjoyed staying in our beautiful suite. The suite and hotel are super clean and we had everything we needed. They even kindly provided a cooler and chairs for the beach.
