From Montecito House, you can reach Palm Beach in about 7 minutes, Eagle Beach in 10 minutes, and Arashi Beach in under 10 minutes. Having a car gives you the flexibility to explore different parts of the island at your own pace without relying on schedules or availability.

Taxis are available across the island and are reliable, but costs can add up quickly if used frequently. There is no widespread public transportation system for tourists, so driving is by far the most practical option.

The property includes one garage parking space, with additional street parking available if needed. If you’d like, we can also help arrange a rental with a trusted local partner.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including all indoor and outdoor areas. Any violation may result in a fine of at least $300.
