Wonderful place! Clean, amazing view and in a perfect spot. Only suggest is to have the property management clean the windows in the bedroom. Otherwise it is definitely a 10 out of a 10!

Beautiful Aruba

Our only complaint was about the showers! They were luke warm at best. I contacted the front desk more than once and it was never corrected. We got by and tolerated that, the rest of the stay was awesome! Beautiful place and beautiful island! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back....as long as the showers are fixed by then! :) The Riners

Beautiful loved the 2 balconies. Right by stair case which worked great for us. Would recommend! Easy check in, questions were answered quickly. Would love to come back again!Only thing is it always had a musky odor when you walked through the door.

Perfect location

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. The dual decks allow you to see the sunset from either one. If you want to watch out over the resort, or just stare out to sea, you have the best of both worlds. The inside was very nice - plenty of cookware, utensils, towels, etc. The staff at the resort are all very friendly and helpful, and any correspondence with the owners before and after the rental period was fast and easy. HIGHLY recommend this property!

Amazing week

Beautiful condo with amazing views!!! Weather in Aruba is absolutely perfect. Amazing restaurants!! The staff at Divi Phoenix are amazing - warm, welcoming, fun, helpful and go above and beyond!! Our only complaint would be the renovations going on to the building adjacent to ours. We were not aware this would be going on. It could not be heard from our unit but while at the main pool - lots of jack hammering during the day. Other than that, a perfect vacation!! Highly recommend!

Great Condo at the Divi Phoenix

What’s better than having a balcony almost hanging over the Caribbean Sea? How about two balconies. Having two bathrooms was also great, one for each of us. Best accommodations we have had as a couple in our 8 trips to Aruba over the years. Well equipped kitchen, not that we cook much on vacation but to have a full size refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster was perfect. The bed and furniture are all comfortable. And to have a washer/dryer unit in the condo was a huge bonus with soap(s) for everything provided. The beach was ok and the pool is a little dated but acceptable. Palapas and beach chairs are also included but get snatched up early. So get out there for your morning walk and reserve your spot. There is a bus stop in front of the resort for inexpensive transportation or taxis are short money to restaurants (it’s not that big of an island) . Renting a car and driving in Aruba is easy to visit other beaches and sites. Baby beach, Arashi beach and Eagle are all must visits. Love Aruba and this Condo. It was our favorite stay yet.

Divi Phoenix Palm Beach

This was our favorite stay in Aruba. Communication prior to arrival and questions during our stay were answered quickly. Check in was a breeze. Staff at Divi made our time there feel like home. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Bed was comfortable. We like the Palm Beach area because we can walk to town to eat at restaurants or shop. We enjoyed our walks every morning on the boardwalk along the beach. Views from the balconies are stunning. We plan to return next year!

Surprised the Mrs. for her 50th!

From the weather, to the food to the home like accommodations at The Divi Phoenix during this 5 night stay has absolutely solidified the fact we’ll be back to Aruba very soon. Same room same week would be a blessing. We loved it!!

Location Is Perfection

Granted we didn’t spend much time in the room being out and about, it was beautiful. The views were breathtaking. The location was great. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen stocked with plenty of equipment. Lovely place to stay for a family of four.
