Our house is located 1.5 miles away from the high-rise hotels which is the area with all the tourist attractions so we are in a calm location. One of the most popular diving locations which is the Antilla ship Wreck can be seen from the house our house is also about 1 mile away from the windsurfing, kite-surfing, and different kind of water sport area. Also the first Casinos are located about 1.5 miles away from the house.
The private 3rd floor residence is (170 m2 = 1.550 it has a separate entry, a big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning and a flat screen TV in every room.
