Our stay here could not have been better. We brought our family of twelve ( six adults and six children) to Aruba for the first time and loved it! Jennifer, our host was very helpful and promptly answered any questions that we had prior to our trip. Her home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, updated, and comfortable for both adults and children. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and casinos. We chose not to rent cars, and that worked out fine for us. The pool was a big hit especially with our grandkids. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed for cooking at home, and the beds were all very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and our family had a great time! We would love to come back some time in the future. Jennifer was the perfect host, checking in with us during our stay and answering any questions that we had. She provided us with great recommendations for activities on the island as well as contacts for transportation.

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful property and responsive hosts. Close to downtown and everything you could need for an Aruba vacation. Pool was great and got sun a majority of the day. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything.

My last trip to Aruba was just my husband and I. This trip was different because we were traveling with family, so we decided to rent a house. I must say this was the best decision we made. The house was perfect! It had a lot of space for everyone to move around and it was very clean. All of the rooms were very spacious and fit us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed and more. The pool was perfect and big enough for everyone to enjoy the outside. There was plenty of space outside to sit and enjoy a quiet moment for yourself. The guest house was perfect for any additional guest; however, this time we did not need to use it. The laundry room was equipped with enough machines and equipment for the beach. The house is located within walking distance of the Palm Beach restaurant area, but we had a rental car, which was a good recommendation. The host was wonderful, helpful and very informative. They reached out midway through the week to make sure everyone, and everything was going smoothly. The check in/check out process was simple and easy. Thanks for having us! We will definitely rent this house again!

The home you wish you always had on holiday

Every decorative and accommodating thought has been put into this property. Our family had stayed 3 times previously at the property and was confident it would be lovely - and it was even better than expected! Many improvements made over time and the decor is amazing. It makes it feel like a home in paradise…perfect for our range of ages and paces. The depth of the pool helped mitigate stress while the kids were playing - we could all enjoy and relax! The corn hole setup kept the teenagers amused and away from screens. The proximity to shopping and waterfront was awesome. We will be blessed to return!

We had an amazing stay here! The house has everything. The rooms are large and the beds were very comfortable. The place is fully stocked with games and entertainment. The pool area is beautiful with a charming area for eating and relaxing. The owners are also very helpful and easy to work with. If you are considering this place you should definitely do it!

Great home!

The property was exactly as advertised—absolutely beautiful, especially the pool area. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including plenty of towels and beach gear. Jenn was incredibly kind and attentive, checking in with us before our arrival, during our stay, and even as we were leaving to ensure everything was perfect. When we couldn’t locate an iron, she had one delivered right away. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again!

The Perfect vacation spot!

We loved our stay in Aruba!!! We were a group of 8 friends celebrating 50 th birthdays. This house had everything we could imagine. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, an amazing pool area. There was everything needed for going to the beach plenty of beach chairs, floaties, towels, and coolers. This house so close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches!! You will not go wrong renting this place!!!

A nice getaway in a great location

Pictures online are all accurate and the location was better than expected. It is a very short walk (5-7min) to the Palm Beach “downtown” area and the beach. Whether you want to chill in the backyard pool area or walk to the beach, you can have it your way with little effort. You will enjoy a week in Aruba at this property.

Perfect location and house for our family

Hosts are superb and responsive. Pool is lovely. Easy walk to active palm beach area and restaurants and some local restaurants like Wacky Wahoo (excellent). Would stay here anytime and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great vacation home

Our family of nine ranging in age from 4-67 spent the week after Thanksgiving at this villa. Everything was top notch. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen, clean, plenty of hot water for showers, etc. Our grandkids loved the pool as well as playing bags and Jenga. Jenn was always quick to respond if we had questions. With beach chairs, blankets, cooler, and small kids we found it easier to load everyone in the van and drive to Palm Beach, but the description of it being a 7 minute walk is accurate. We found Eagle Beach to be just as nice and also quieter, and also highly recommend the 40 minute drive to Baby Beach, which was our favorite. The Palm Beach area had an excellent assortment of restaurants and shops. We also had a blast on day trips to ride UTV's and also De Palm island. We can't wait to come back to Aruba and hope to return to Palm Beach 466 some day!

Perfectly located piece of paradise.

We had such a great time enjoying this beautiful villa. It is in a perfect location to enjoy walking to restaurants and shopping near by. The villa is very well stocked with whatever you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. We spend endless hours floating in the huge pool and enjoying the outside areas. The villa is very spacious and had a great layout, allowing for privacy and lots of space. Can't wait for our next Aruba adventure and would love to stay at this villa again. This house is outstanding! We had a phenomenal family vacation and the property played a huge role. The house was prettier in person than even the photos and was located in close to the beach. The host was great in their communication and assisted us with any needs, including arranging activities that we were interested in. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Best spring break!

We traveled with two families with kids ranging from 8 years old to 16 and we had plenty of space for everyone. From initial booking the house were very responsive and helpful. They gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of pool floats, beach towels, and sand toys. The two coolers were also great to have for beach days. The walk from the house to our toes in the sand was only five minutes and super easy. We loved having our own place to come back at the end of the night and play cornhole, swim, and play games. We will definitely be staying here again.

Spring Break in Paradise

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids-11 yo) absolutely loved this property! The house was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, and spacious. We walked 5 min to the restaurants on Palm Beach and found the grocery stores to have a wonderful variety of food for meals cooked at home. Our kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the palapa in the shade. Our favorite beach was Arashi because it was more rustic and less crowded. Jen was the best host we have ever had and we rent a lot of properties! Her communication, recommendations, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect was appreciated. We spent a day at DePalm Island and rented a beach cabana to see the flamingos. The kids had a blast on the water slides, banana boat, and snorkeling that day. We would highly recommend it for families! There is so much to do in Aruba we are already talking about coming back. We would absolutely stay at the same property again and highly recommend it to others. We seriously hated to leave!

Aruba Oasis

We loved our stay in Aruba! The place is within a 5 minute walk to the beach, shopping, dining and casinos. There was ample supply of pool floats, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is a tropical oasis and very relaxing. Jen is very responsive to communication prior and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends!

Spring Break - Family Style

We wanted to share Aruba with our adult children and their significant others. This property has 3 bedrooms and baths so everyone can get ready easily. In addition, there’s a guest house with an additional bedroom/bath. The owners have thought of everything you would need from beach chairs/coolers to games in the living room. Jenn provided many excellent suggestions from Jolly Pirates snorkeling to Tuesday night tacos at Lolas. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has a beautiful pool if you’d rather have a relaxing afternoon at the house. We highly recommend staying at Paradise Villa! Absolutely exceeded expectations.

February '24 Vacation

We stayed at the property for 7-days with 5-adults and 2-childern (5&10). We had plenty of space for everyone. The property was just as advertised, and very clean. The kids loved having the pool to themselves after full days of the beach and exploring Aruba. Having a full sized kitchen and fridge was great as well as having an outdoor grill to cook. The hosts were very accommodating and were available for anything we needed. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The beach is a short walk from the villa however there is a slightly busy road you have to cross. It wasn't a big deal as we managed just fine. Never needed to wait more than 2min to cross. We would carry chairs and coolers from the villa to the beach which no one ever complained about. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Stores are close by for quick things and larger stores are about a 5min drive. Overall, we would most certainly (and are planning to) rent again as the experience was very good. Thank you for the fun memories Paradise Villa!

Friends Getaway

This property was just perfect and was exactly as described. Our group had (4) couples, the property gave us plenty of room so we all had our own space, but also allowed us to gather for drinks, cards and plenty of laughs. The property is only about 5-7 minute walk from shopping, restaurants, the beach and pretty much anything you would need. The hosts were extremely helpful and super easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property.
