We loved our stay in every way. The house was very clean and well appointed with thoughtful decor. The kitchen is well stocked, best of all, the gardens and pool area are beautiful and relaxing. The owners are easy to reach, helpful with local information and pleasant to work with. We look forward to a return trip soon!

The outdoor area is definitely an 11 out of 10! The pool was refreshing and there was plenty of both shady and sunny spaces for everyone to hang out. The home is near the hotel strip so you are a few minutes from the action and far enough to feel like you are in your own private oasis. The interior meets all basic needs and was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and available while giving us plenty of space to imagine the house was ours. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Wonderful pool, great landscaping. Each bedroom has a king size bed. Nice outdoor patio and seating for entertaining. Tvs accompany each bedroom. Very close to Palm beach ~ 5 minutes. Jim is a wonderful host, very accommodating and attentive to your needs.

Our hosts were wonderful. Jim & Tamara were always available for questions and suggestions from the day we booked until the day we left! Their home was immaculate and spacious, and the pool/patio wonderfully relaxing. Our group of 5 had a great time and would return in a heartbeat!

Jim was incredibly helpful. Before the trip he found us a car when our rental was abruptly cancelled. During the trip he had very helpful tips. Finally when our flight got canceled along with every other flight in the Caribbean he found us another rental and a bank dispensing the us currency required to rent it. The house itself is very well stocked by Jim and Tamara. Plus it has updated appliances and is clean. It is very conveniently located with a car. The pool is beautiful and affords space for both sun or shade.

This property is in a great location - a short (less than 10 min) from the resort area. But the property itself is very private and spacious. There were four of us total staying to celebrate a 50th birthday. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms with the kitchen, living and dining rooms in the center. The outdoor area is fabulous - multiple palapas, lounge chairs and the pool was warm. In fact two in the group ended up only going to the beach once because the pool is so nice. The property offers beach chairs to take with you and an outdoor shower. Jim is a great host, made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. We all said we’d definitely stay again. It’s a total find!

This rental was perfect for our 1st Aruba vacation. The owner went above and beyond to help make our trip and stay amazing. The house itself was perfect. Our favorite was the pool and landscape. We had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips. We all felt safe and relaxed in this home. In comparison to US elemental prices, this was a deal! Great location too! Property is just like the pictures. Great for large families. It was just me, my two sons and nephew so we had a lot of room. 0.3 miles from the Ritz beach. The beds were comfy. Beautiful home and wonderful stay!!

We were a group of 8 and we visited for 10 days. It was a wonderful stay. The house was sparkling clean and fresh. Jim is a wonderful host and responded immediately to my many questions. The property is lovely and the house is spacious and comfortable. One of the best vacations ever. I surely hope to return!!

Truly a little slice of heaven!

Our family has a long history with VRBO vacays - all good - and this was definitely the best! As enticing as the pictures on the VRBO listing are, the reality was even better! We were a family of 8 - two under 5, 2 sets of parents and the grands. The layout of the house was great! Enough room for socializing with multiple enclaves for quiet ‘getaway’ time. Everything was in tiptop shape with a multitude of really fun pool/beach floaties, tubes, rafts and kid toys! They were all clean and in good shape. Our grill master was very impressed with the condition of the grill which we’ve found is an anomaly in many beach rentals. The communication with Jim was superb! He responded immediately to every inquiry. We definitely had the sense that he genuinely cares about both his home and those staying there! The location is excellent! A very short drive to the Marriott beach and only slightly longer to Arashi and Eagle (our fav) beaches. Book this home now! We have for same time, next year!

Winter getaway with friends

This property is exactly what we had hoped for. Jim and Tamara were terrific hosts and met us at the house upon our arrival in Aruba. The location is ideal to the beach and many restaurants and hotels. We took in many sights all over the island via our car rental, but had several days hanging out in the pool and enjoying their gorgeous home and resort-like backyard. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Property and Fantastic Hosts

We had such a lovely stay. The house is immaculate, comfortable and equipped with everything one could hope for. The outside area is perfect--completely private and spacious, lots of areas to lounge in sun or shade. We loved it! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped us find a car rental last minute and were available at a moment's notice all week. :)
