It is an additional free service available seasonally and subject to availability, to be checked with the reception, as it is a service kindly granted to us by Villa Minieri Eventi. To avoid misunderstandings with our guests, in addition to the Expedia Reservation Confirmation, we send also a message containing ALL the infos concerning our services. In which we specify it. - Furthermore we also send the timetables of our Restaurant which is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and only for lunch on Sunday. Gentile Sig.ra Elisa, la camera da lei prenotata è stata la Junior Suite con Jacuzzi in Camera. E’ la prima volta che riceviamo come lamentela la problematica da lei descritta. Possiamo solo immaginare che attivando la Jacuzzi all’interno della Camera ad una temperatura dell’acqua molto calda si sia creato un ambiente caldo. Al suo arrivo le erano state fornite tutte le informazioni inerente la nostra struttura, tra cui anche un numero da poter contattare per le emergenze notturne. Mi dispiace ma ci ha chiesto “aiuto e spiegazioni” soltanto alla sua partenza al Check-Out. Cordiali Saluti

Dear Anonymous, for each Booking Confirmation of our Guests, to try to avoid mistakes entering from the wrong entrance, it is our standard policy to send the GPS coordinates and the address to reach the Resort entrance and parking. Furthermore, within the message we send there is a summary of all the informations relating to our services that are visible at booking time, even on the online sites. From your remarks it seemed to us clear that you arrived from the entrance of Villa Minieri Eventi. From the parking area of the Event area you can follow the indications to arrive at Villa Minieri Resort & SPA by car (this is also specified in the information we send). We regret that this was the subject of your review and we regret to read that you have found your room damp and the Wi-Fi not working. The feedback of our guests is very important to us and it’s used to review and improve our services. We serve our sweet and savory Continental Breakfast in our Breakfast Room on the ground floor. The room is characterized by large windows that overlook our splendid Park. We try to offer the best service together with a careful selection of the products we serve, so that breakfast can become one of our added values. To start well the day we offer an assortment of different types of baked Brioche, Tarts / Cakes, Rusks, Biscuits, Cereals, Yoghurt, Fresh Fruit Salad, Fresh Juice, Toast, Cheese, Ham, Salami, various Jams and Chocolate, ect.
