This is a lovely place within walking distance of the beach. Great host. Very responsive. Clean and we'll kitted out. Everything you'll need for a fun Nokomis Beach stay.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great time check in was easy. The property manager was great to ask made us feel at home. The had everything we needed for the beach and fishing.

Perfect Location

It was the perfect spot for our small family. Quiet neighborhood close to all the stuff; beach, restaurants, shopping. We will be back!!

Nice place close to the beach

This was a nice duplex, close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for me and my kids.

Convenient and well maintained

This was the perfect place for us to stay because the location was great and everything was clean and well stocked. We had great beach time, enjoyed local restaurants, and took in a couple of spring training games. This was a wonderful home base with lots around it to make the whole long weekend wonderful!

Quiet and Relaxing

Loved our stay

The house was spacious and perfect for our weekend stay. It was a quick walk to the beach and around the corner from a great ice cream shop. Beds were comfortable and the porches in front and back provided nice quiet places to relax. The home is the perfect beachy old Florida charm we hoped for. Van was also a very friendly and helpful host. Would absolutely stay here again!

Van, the host was amazing! The house was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable! Very quaint! Will definitely book here again.

Well kept secret!

We only stay 2 nights, but loved it. Had everything we needed. Walking distrance to food and beach. We hope to come back next year. Van was a wonderful host and that is always a blessing!

Easy to find and plenty of space for a family. Plenty of space to park. Van lives next door and is an easy guy to talk to, offering good local knowledge. The beach is just a couple blocks away as are all stores/ restaurants. Main road 41 a short drive to go any where. We'll be back.Thanks Van
