This home is everything it says it is. Spent a month there and it quickly made us feel at home. Pool was walk in warm. Pool area filled beautifully with seating, new grill, loungers, table and chairs, and plenty of pool toys. Plenty of indoor eating areas with great views of the pond. Plenty of bedrooms, with plenty of beds. All very comfortable. Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella for use. Owner was quick to reply to any questions and had gardeners and pool cleaners there weekly. I highly recommend this home. Great for families or lots of guests.

Absolutely Amazing!

Our family had an amazing week - this was the perfect Florida vacation home! The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, very comfortable, and had just about everything you would need for a week long stay! Barbara was wonderful, quickly answering any questions we had. The house is located in a larger neighborhood off a busy road, but is nestled in a perfect location that you are secluded with a beautiful pond/lake(?) on one side - perfect for viewing Florida's wildlife! Definitely recommend!

Winter escape

Nice property in a quiet residential community. Our favorite thing was the spacious lanai overlooking a small lake. The bird watching and sunrises were amazing! Also appreciated the proximity to Oscar Scherer State Park and the Legacy Trail (although neither is directly accessible from the neighborhood). The house has many nice features but is showing signs of wear and tear: some stained furniture and rugs, broken floor tiles, musty cupboards. Also, although generally clean, we had to do extra vacuuming and scouring when we arrived to get it up to our admittedly high standards. If you have fragrance sensitivity, you might want to let the host know in advance. There were over a dozen air fresheners plugged in all over the house when we arrived. The host was quick to respond to questions/concerns.

Great place

We had a great stay here. Had enough room for all of us to relax and enjoy some family time. The pool was a huge hit for sure. The location had a great view and close to everything. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

WOW!

Loved everything about this property! Location was spectacular - very quiet with a beautiful view of lake, but a close drive to restaurants and grocery. Pool was a nice size and very warm with plenty of towels and floaties. House was spacious and very clean, with lots of little perks - great selection of seasoning for cooking, plenty of cookware and dishes. Communication with host was easy. I rent a lot and this was the best by far.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place with great views and very clean and cozy home. Stacked up with everything you might need. Would recommend it. Only one thing is, cameras pointed at the pool made us feel uncomfortable.

Very comfortable house!

The house was very comfortable and homey! The owner was extremely attentive when I had a small problem with the air conditioning. She had a service person out immediately to rectify the situation! I would definitely stay there again!

Summer

Beautiful home with amazing lake view with crocodile. We stayed as a family in this house for one week and we really enjoyed it. Very clean house with all things you need for a comfortable stay. This house has everything for going to the beach, chairs, sun umbrellas and a beach cart. Very cool and clean pool with a cozy patio. Quiet and safe area. 20 minutes drive to Siesta Key. Close to Costco and Walmart. There is a nice and clean grill. I highly recommend this house to everyone and hope to return there more than once!

The property mgr & owner were constantly sending messages via email which I was not checking due to being on our honeymoon! So they texted that they would arrive 15 minutes prior to arrival. Then had to monitor email ret of vacation with continuous messages.

I totally recommend this place, has everything that you need to enjoy your stay.

House is equipped with everything, kitchen tools, pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella. Extra pillows, blankets. Beach towels. Area is so convenient, Nokomis Beach just 8 minutes from the house, Siesta Key 20 minutes, Sarasota downtown 30 minutes. Communication with the host is fast and clear. I highly recommend this place. We are planning our next stay here!

Quiet neighborhood near the beach

My husband and I and our three teens really enjoyed our stay here. Home was clean and plenty of room for the five of us and our dog. Quick easy drive to the beach. Good restaurants close by as well as plenty of grocery stores. Pool was refreshing! Fishing off the bank was also enjoyable.
