Located right on the beach and close to the Ris promenade, our 60 m² apartment is set in a quiet residential area, perfect for enjoying Noja, Cantabria. Just a 2-minute walk from Ris beach—simply cross the road behind the dunes—and 5 minutes from the promenade and local restaurants. The municipal sports center is next door, and the town square is a 15-minute walk away. This area has become a popular tourist destination in recent years.



The apartment is on the ground floor, with step-free access both outside and inside, making it ideal for guests with reduced mobility. We offer self check-in for your convenience.



Free parking is available next to the beach behind the dunes in summer, and by the apartment entrance during the rest of the year. Street parking is also possible.



The apartment includes:

Heating with boiler and thermostat, radiators in all rooms, and hot water from the same boiler. No air conditioning.



One pet allowed. Shared children's play area. No events permitted.
