By pushing open the entrance door from the garage, you will discover a pleasant living space flooded with light. The lounge, with its comfortable sofas and television, invites you to relax after a day spent at the beach. Continuing on, the dining area will allow you to share your meals in a convivial atmosphere. The open-plan American kitchen, fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle…), will allow you to cook as if you were at home.

On the sleeping side, three comfortable bedrooms await you. Two of them have a double bed (140x190) – one of which opens directly onto the west-facing courtyard – and a television, whilst the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x190). A shower room with shower and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the house's facilities.



For your added convenience, you will also have access to a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and two private parking spaces within the property grounds.
