The hosts, Katie and Ray, are most gracious and made us feel completely at ease and at home. They work assiduously to ensure that their home is clean, well maintained, and relaxing. The various gardens around the home offer several options for enjoying the natural beauty of their surroundings, including hummingbirds; many varieties of other birds; and gorgeous flowers. You would have to work hard to NOT enjoy this oasis.

The owners were super personable, the house beautifully decorated with a strong southwest ambience and breakfasts were outstanding. This part of AZ has a lot to see and enjoy, e.g., the town of Tubac, Tumacacori mission church, etc.

Wonderful friendly hosts! Loved our accommodations, delicious breakfasts and lots of snacks available. Our room was spacious and cozy! The location was close to many beautiful historic sites. This was our second time visiting and definitely coming back again ! Connie and Lorenzo Vizcarra.

Great stay in Tumacacori

We really enjoyed our two nights in Katie and Ray's beautiful, comfortable, peaceful home. Their were plenty of spots inside and out to relax, the breakfasts were amazing, and Katie and Ray themselves are delightful and friendly hosts.

First, the wonderful, fabulous hosts Katie and Ray, communicate with you several times prior to your arrival to not only provide you pertinent information, but also to inquire about your culinary desires. Second, the house and grounds are idyllic ; a wonderful respite from the surrounding world, which seems like a universe away. The house is a huge Mexican hacienda, nicely appointed with multiple relaxing seating areas with soothing water features, bird feeders attracting birds of every feather. The Mourning Suite is perfect!!!! Ask for this room. There are also Keurigs in the rooms, fresh cold well water from 200 feet down (absolutely delicious) in your room refrigerators, ceiling fans, air conditioners (never used because the house is so amazingly insulated) and sitting areas in the suite. The breakfasts are exquisite, starting with fresh cut assorted fruits, fresh coffee, tea, orange and other juices. Then you might get an exquisite homemade French toast, which tastes very much like an apple crunch dessert, and a ridiculous assortment of varying flavors of maple syrups. Wow!! Or you may select your ingredients for a homemade omelet with homemade English muffins (absolutely wonderful). Lastly, what can I say about Katie and Ray except that when we left, we felt like we were leaving our family. They are warm, endearing, interesting, refreshingly real people. They are the icing on a fabulous cake!! I would absolutely return here again and stay longer!! Go!!!!!

The location of this property was absolutely gorgeous! Katie and Ray take wonderful care of their home and grounds with thriving trees, flowers, birds and two lovely doggies! We were welcomed with open arms and enjoyed some of the best food we’ve ever had at a B&B in Arizona. highly recommend casa Paloma if you want a get away, romantic weekend or simply to enjoy the thousands of bird species and hikes in the area! We spent the last two nights of our roundtrip through Arizona, Utah and New Mexico in the beautiful and luxurious Casa Paloma B&B In Tumacacori AZ. A great find! The lush garden, teeming with birdlife (active birdfeeders!), was a wonderful place to relax. Many thanks for the hospitality and delicious breakfast to Katie and Ray. By the way, the absolute highlight of our stay was the observation of a Mountain Lion on both very early mornings near the Santa Cruz river crossing, our first ever!

What a unique, cool piece of property. There are only 3 rooms that are rented in the 7,000 square foot home. Breakfasts were awesome from souffles to bananas foster pancakes. Anything you could need they had available. Several outdoor sitting areas, tons of wildlife. It was just very peaceful. And great owners.

The Best B&B in Southern Arizona

Outstanding! The nicest B&B we've ever stayed in. Katie & Ray are perfect hosts. The rooms are amazing, with every attention to detail. We will definitely be visiting again and highly recommend it above everything else in Tubac and Tumacacori.

Serene Setting and Gracious Hosts

Great B&B experience. Casa Paloma is a good alternative to touristy Tubac, yet its location is only a few miles from Tubac, Tumacacori National Historic Park, and Tubac State Presidio Historic Park. Access is tricky but location in the authentic ranch lands is worth it. Delicious gourmet breakfasts Friendly helpful hosts, Kate and Ray.
